I love it, and I love the Gobber-Hiccup relationship. It’s so important. Gobber has always been there for Hiccup. He led him first just giving him a job and being his mentor in what Hic has always loved to do.

Gobber believed in Hiccup when Stoik was hesitant about the dragon training practice. He also helped Hic open his eyes about dragons, even without knowing.

That says all. He knows Hiccup so well, and he never looks annoyied by him when he mistakes.
